I am strongly slanted toward hardboiled authors. I should add UK
authors tend to be my favorites. I have no problems with language, violence, or sexual content, as
long as those elements are not included gratuitously. Most of the authors I read are female, but
perhaps this is due to the pool of availability. My forays outside of the hardboiled genre are
usually confined to humorous works. There are a couple of anomalies involving historicals, but only
a couple.
