Woodstock

Woodstock was born in Chicago, grew up in a little
Iowa town, and after college went back to the Chicago in the
heady days of the mid sixties. She is proud to have come of age
during that period of time - and chose her on line nickname as a
tribute to what is was like to be young then.
To pay the bills, she works as a tax accountant - but she hates
being defined by what she does for a paycheck. She lives with
her husband and two cats in a Denver suburb. She loves baseball
- any team, anywhere, primary allegiance is to the National
League - Rockies, Cubs & Braves mostly. A good vacation
always involves a ball game, if possible! She is a voracious
reader - 4-5 books a week is not unusual - preferred genres are
mystery & suspense fiction followed by history and
biography. Membership in two book discussion groups has expanded
her reading tastes, and she regards this as a good development.
She has seven (gasp) grandchildren, three of whom live much too
far away. She and her husband travel, enjoy the symphony, and
garden together.
If anyone could explain why she got hooked on
"Survivor" she would be eternally grateful. |
