In a long series of stand alone funny mysteries by this author, this one I think will remain one of my favorites. Featuring an actress daughter flummoxed when her clinging mother suddenly develops a life of her own, intrudes on her business life and becomes a TV commercial spokesperson for a tuna company. The story moves swiftly through a series of situations that tickled me with plenty of suprise twists and empathy for the daughter to the charming conclusion. A good beach read.
