This was my first Lucy Stone mystery and it was charming. The suburban life of a housewife and mommy in small town Maine was so much fun I think I would have enjoyed this book without the mysteries.

There are two. The first is a missing child. We know all along who has the child so the horror of that reality is missing. And there is a second plotline involving the murder of a good acquaintance of Lucy's family. The title comes from the ballet classes and a dance recital Lucy's daughter is involved in. I've never seen this particular piece of suburbia written into a mystery and I thought it was rather creative.
