Kym Blaze is a Special Ops agent for the Network. It is a global agency formed by several different countries. She and Hoeh, her orderly, work together under Dice Shaker. They go to Hong Kong to find the Unicorn who has been working for years to recreate the Mao form of government and who is planning to sabotage the traders markets all over the world using something called Scylla. His key to doing this is Karl Obermyer who has seemingly mastered how to buy and sell on the market without losing anything, until he was recently jailed for fraud. Kym teams up with another agent, Wen Lee, to discover what Scylla is, how to stop it and who is the Unicorn.

The characters and storyline of this book are really good. You can tell that a lot of research was put into the story. He gives detailed explanations of the business of trading on the market. Sometimes it was a bit confusing, though. He keeps you guessing as to who the Unicorn is for a good part of the story. The author gives you action, drama, mystery, a way to control the stock market, and a little psychology. The book was very good and I would recommend it.
