Lauren Groff is the American novelist behind The Vaster Wilds (2023), Matrix (2021), Fates and Furies (2015, National Book Award finalist), Arcadia (2012), The Monsters of Templeton (2008), and the short-story collections Florida (2018) and Delicate Edible Birds (2009). Groff is one of the canonical contemporary American literary novelists of her generation.
