Thomas Adcock is the American crime writer behind the Neil Hockaday Hell's Kitchen NYPD series (Sea of Green, Devil's Heaven, Drown All the Dogs). The Hockaday books won the Edgar in 1992 and remain underread regional New York crime fiction.
